There is an apartment available for rent in Pointe West starting June 1 in Cedar Falls, IA. It is a great and spacious place, we just had a change of plans and need to find someone to take our lease. My current roommate is moving to Cedar Rapids at the end of the month, so looking for someone to move in June 1st. It is a 2 BR duplex on University close to the mall and not UNI. Has living room, dining room, bathroom, entry area, and unfinished basement (mainly used for storage). There is a huge front and back yard as well as deck. The duplex has a detached garage. Landlords take care of lawn care. Has dishwasher, washer, dryer, central air. We pay all utilities, and with cable and internet included, utilities usually are about $125 each a month.... so total for the month you are looking to spend about $525. You bedroom would be the larger one and has 2 closets.
Tenants on the otherside of duplex are young-ish professionals and keep to themselve pretty much. Not loud 99% of the time.
I have been graduated for a few years and work full time. Like to grill and hang out with friends on the weekend as well as go out occasionally. I do have a cat, so must like cats (or at least tolerate them) and not be allergic.
Am looking for preferably female roommate, will consider male roommate. Needs to be mature and able to pay bills on time.
