Student Records Hearing Panel

Description

This panel conducts hearings when students have questions or concerns about information contained in their educational records and are unable to resolve the issues through informal procedures. The panel has the authority to amend educational records if information contained therein is deemed inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of the privacy rights of students.
