Here you will find the electronic application form. Once the application and your organization's constitution are submitted, they will be presented for consideration at the next Organization and Finance Committee Meeting. The deadline for submission is noon on the preceding Friday (Org & Fi meets weekly on Monday nights).

You will be notified of the scheduled time that your application will be considered, and a representative of your organization will be requested to attend. If no representative attends this meeting, your group's application will be tabled until a representative can attend.
