Support of Director of Governmental Relations Position

Recently the Northern Iowa Student Government Senate voted to add the position of Director of Governmental Relations to the Executive Branch of NISG. This staff member would be responsible for working with the state legislature so that UNI students have a voice in any budget cuts that would be made to the university. This will be added to the NISG guidelines, pending a majority vote of approval from the Student Body.
