NEW YORK (AP) - A federal appeals court judge has temporarily suspended the work of a court-appointed monitor assigned to make sure Apple Inc. has safeguards in place to comply with antitrust laws. Judge Raymond J. Lohier Jr. signed the order Tuesday.
