What is a Rho Gamma?
A Rho Gamma is a Recruitment Guide. She is disassociated from her chapter for the period of Recruitment so that she may help the Recruitment Guests make an unbiased decision. Your Rho Gamma is not only a shoulder to lean on when decisions are getting tough, but also a person to share all of your excitement and enthusiasm with! Remember, she went through Recruitment too.Disaffiliation means that the Rho Gamma is a selected member of the sorority community that has been chosen to guide the Recruitment Guests.
