12:30 p.m.- Meet for Events outside Maucker Union
1:00 p.m. - 4:25 p.m. Recruitment Guests attend events at chapter houses
9:00 p.m. - Recruitment Guests receive invitations and wrap up with Rho Gamma's

8:30 a.m. - Meet with Rho Gamma to for Preference Events
9:00 a.m. - 12:40 p.m. - Recruitment Guests Visit Up to 2 Chapters
1:00 p. m. - Meet with Rho Gamma to fill out Membership Acceptance
4:00 p.m. - Pick Up Bid Cards at Maucker Union
4:45 p.m. - Meet Chapter in Designated Room
5:30 p.m.- Panhellenic Ceremony & Rho Gamma Revealing on top of Maucker Union
