University of Wisconsin/Oshkosh Student Environment Action Committee
This site takes you to student actions on climate change and other initiatives. The campus hosts the world’s largest Earth Charter Community Summit through the United Nations.
UW Oshkosh is the largest purchaser of “Green Power” in Wisconsin – purchasing 11% through a renewable energy program. Their new Student Recreation and Wellness Center is designed to EPA LEED (Leadership in Engineering and Environmental Design) criteria.
