Stress is a part of everyday life. It can have benefits but can also take its toll on us physically and mentally, if not managed. Taking time to identify the source of our stress, determine whether it is internally or externally imposed, and to develop strategies to eliminate or reduce its negative effects can be powerful. This practical workshop will take you through steps to understanding the stressors in your life and ways to manage them and/or their effect upon you.
