If “finding balance” is a concept that has eluded you in your day-to-day life, come join us as we discuss strategies from professional development readings focused on taking control of your Crazy Busy Life.   Participants will leave this session with a list of author Edward Hallowell’s Principles for Managing Modern Life, a time management /values exercise, ideas to help move towards a less chaotic life as well as great discussion.
