Forecasting Excercise

Enter your forecast in the handy-dandy forecast submission form below. You are forecasting for two time periods tomorrow in UTC or Zulu (Z) time: from 0000Z to 1200Z (this evening and overnight), and from 1200Z to 0000Z (tomorrow morning/afternoon). Tomorrow evening at roughly 8:00 p.m., the forecasts from today will be automagically scored using the actual high, low and precipitation that were reported in the City, and the results from today's forecast will be available for viewing. At this time, more cities have been added in addition to Waterloo, but testing is still under way to make sure the other cities work. So until further notice, please ASSUME THE ONLY ACCURATE CITY IS WATERLOO! Thank you.

Your Teacher/Group Name should be given to you by your teacher. Please make sure you type EXACTLY what your teacher tells you to in the Teacher/Group Name box. If you type it incorrectly, your teacher will not be able to retrieve your forecast.

If you are simply forecasting on your own, and don't have a Teacher/Group Name assigned to you, you can use whatever name you like, but remember you need to keep this information to later retrieve your forecast results.

You may retrieve your results when they are ready HERE . Have fun!
