at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) is a cooperative program between the
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and UNI.

The Project seeks to initiate, support, and coordinate education, service, and research activities
that relate weather information and conceptual models of the atmosphere to relevant user
