Instructions to obtain copies of Student Teaching Evaluations

(If student taught Spring 2004 or later--Alumni see below**)

Printable Instructions

1. Login to MyUniverse.
• Use your student ID number for your Login. 
• If you don't remember your password, email ITS-consult@uni.edu or phone 319-273-5555. 
• Office hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
• Keep your password in a safe place for future use
  
  
2. Look for the "UNI Teacher Education (UNITE) Student System" in the
   "Planning My Academic Career" channel as shown in the following image. 
   Click the link.

3. If you successfully login, you will see the following page. 
   Click the "View My Progress " link on the navigation bar.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to "Decision Point 4: Recommendation for Licensure," Click on the link that says "Successful completion of Student Teaching (280:_ _ _). If this is not a link, your evaluations have not yet been completed and submitted by your instructor. Contact your instructor if there are questions regarding your evaluation.
   
5. A PDF version of your rubric will be displayed. 
   You may print this for your records.

**Alumni Instructions to Get to Student Teaching Evaluation

1. Go to MyUniverse
2. Choose the purple "Content" button located at the top of the MyUniverse bar (Choose Academics & Finish Editing)
3. Planning Tools
4. View My Progress
5. Go to Decision Point page and click on student teaching requirement link under Decision Point #4.
