IV D. - STUDENT RIGHTS


Equitable due process in academic matters is provided for you in grievance procedures for both undergraduate and graduate students. These procedures are presented in the Student Rights and Responsibilities Statement, copies of which are available in all departmental offices and the Office of the Vice President and Provost.

As a teacher education major, you have the right of appeal in such matters as denial of admission to various levels of the professional education program and student teaching semester assignment. Procedures for appeal are available in the Office of the Director of Teacher Education.


PARKING REGULATIONS

The Laboratory School is subject to the same parking regulations that are in force throughout the UNI campus. One "B" lot to the south is available. On-street parking is permitted, but only a limited amount is available within two blocks of the Laboratory School.
