II D. - STUDENT LESSON EVALUATION GUIDE
This guide is designed to help you critique your lesson. Your self assessment serves as feedback that should be of benefit in planning future lessons. After you have taught a lesson, answer the questions below and attach it to the lesson planning materials.
- Was my preparation adequate? Explain.
- Was my lesson well-organized? Explain.
- Explain how your students responded to your lesson.
- Did your students learn? How do you know?
- Were the activities and materials appropriate? Why or why not?
- Based on your supervising teacher’s feedback and your own observations, what were your strengths?
- What areas are in need of improvement and how might you improve?
- If you could reteach the lesson, how would you improve it?
- In what ways did this experience help you to understand your role as a leader/facilitator in the classroom?
