Background Papers

This page is the link to the background papers - these papers should be opened and completed in Microsoft Word. When you select the link to access the papers - you are starting to download the file to your personal computer. Please choose the ¨save as¨ or ¨save file¨or ¨save it to disk¨ option. Save the file in a folder on your computer or on a disk. Double click on the file you have just created, and it should automatically open in Word.

Fill in your answers in the grey boxes provided--use the tab key to move from box to box.  These grey boxes will not print, they just help you know where to enter information.
