CARPOOL DAILY TRAVEL LOG

Carpool and the Controller's Office do not require a log, but if a person gets audited and no log is available, the person is subject to whatever fine the auditors wish to impose. OSFE policy is: Keep a daily log or suffer the consequences if audited and NO carpool car is to be used for personal travel.

CREDIT CARD RECEIPTS

A credit card receipt by itself is not enough "proof of purchase". You will need to submit an original, itemized receipt from the vendor. If the vendor does not automatically supply an itemized receipt - please request one.
