A large city experience often attracts student teachers to this Center where students of various ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds attend school.   Student teachers will find professional educators in these schools who think of their children first.   An active Cadre of master teachers serve at the building level to help student teachers bridge the gap between the theory in their UNI classes and the practice of teaching.
