Prior to Departure
Your UNI Student Teaching Coordinator will contact you to arrange an exit interview by phone. Prior to this phone call, you should:
- Complete the Exit Interview form
- Print a copy for yourself
- Submit a copy via email attachment to your UNI coordinator
- Submit by mail all items on the exit interview form with an * to your UNI coordinator
- Complete the Evaluation form
- Submit to studentteaching@uni.edu
