The mission of the University of Northern Iowa's Master's in Social Work degree program is to prepare students for advanced micro practice or social administration. We’re committed to serve the community and to contribute new knowledge to the field.

Students and faculty are also committed to creating environments that enhance optimal human potential and growth.
