Whereas being absent February 11, 2013, Senator MacLin was unable to make this amendment to the Minutes of January 14, 2013, when they were approved. She feels this documentation is important for the record of events that transpired.

Therefore, be it resolved to amend the Minutes of January 14, 2013, by appending an email from Adam Carros, News Director of KCRG, sent to Cathy DeSoto as documentation regarding the information she gave at that meeting concerning who told who what about contacting her for a quote for the news story.
