LESSON1:
For lesson 1 you will
be looking
at Roman architecture. You will discover the types of
architectural elements that are common in Roman society. You will
also plan an architectural tribute to the emperor in honor of his
upcoming visit.
LESSON 2: For lesson 2 your team will be
planning a
Roman bath. As researchers you will be responsible for planning
the design and the cost of the bath. When this is completed, you
will present your proposed bathouse plans to the emperor for approval.
LESSON3:
For lesson 3 your team will
be
planning a road that will
bring the emperor from Rome to your town. Romans know how to
build strong roads that can quickly, and safely transport the
emperor from Rome to Vitalia. The Architectural
Researcher will need to find out what materials are needed for your
road, and calculate the cost to purchase these materials. The
Cultural Researcher will need to find people to build the road,
and plan for the cost of this labor.
