Task

For your task, you will be working on a news article. There are four natural disasters you may research: tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, and flooding. You will pick one of the 4 disasters for every page.  For example, for page 1, you will do a big story on a tornado that hit in Kansas. Remember, this has to be an actual event that happened. Then for your next page, you will do that on hurricanes, and so on. Through many resources, you will discover much information, on your disaster. Once you have gathered enough information you will then begin writing a mini-newspaper for the Central Times with the following pages.

The Front Page-
Here you will be asked to research a natural disaster from history.  You will give an accurate account of the five W's-Who, What, When, Where, and Why.
