Introduction

It's 1943 and World War II is underway.  Lives of civilians are being changed by the decisions of national leaders.  Each country involved is devastated by the effects of war.  Due to the mass devastation, the leaders of each country involved have organized a conference.  Each country will have its own representative at this conference.
