Cedar Valley Character Counts has partnered with the University of Northern Iowa, Hawkeye Community College and Allen College to offer this one-day symposium on the UNI campus exploring how employees and organizations navigate the challenging ethical issues they encounter on a daily basis. Individuals from all levels of business, community organizations and academic institutions are invited to join us for a keynote address by UNI’s new president, Dr. William Ruud, as well as panel presentations and discussion on such topics as creating an ethical culture, confronting your own ethical challenges in the workplace, and motivating ethical behavior in students and employees. Target Audience: Business and nonprofit community professionals, and faculty, staff, and students from Hawkeye, Allen, and UNI.
