If your computer is registered (view your registrations here) and you see the ResNet registration page when opening your web browser, you may need to clear the browser cache. To do so, read the following instructions that correspond to your web browser.

Firefox\Internet Explorer\Chrome\Safari

Press Ctrl (⌘ on Mac) + Shift + Delete

Opera

1. Go to the O menu.

2. In the Settings option, select Delete Private Data.

You may have an incorrect IP address in which case you would need to "Release/Renew" your IP address. Instructions on how to do this are found here.

If the release/renew process doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
