Yesterday, March 4, from 4:45pm until 5:30pm all ResNet devices lost Internet access. A core network router experienced a Denial of Service attack, which caused all connections to be temporarily discarded. Once the source of the problem was identified, ITS-Network Services was able to end the attack and identified preventative measures to stop this from happening again in the future. We apologize for any problems this may have caused.
