Network Configuration Settings
 

Open Network and Sharing Center.

In the Network and Sharing Center, click on Change adapter settings, which is located on the left column. Right-click the Ethernet icon and select Properties.

From the list, select Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4). Then click on the Properties button. 

Verify the options shown are set to on Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically under the General tab. You may need to clear out any information entered into the fields before choosing these options.

Verify the options shown are set to on Automatic private IP address under the Alternate Configuration tab. You may need to clear out any information entered into the fields before choosing these options.

If you made any changes above, it may ask you to restart your computer. Click Yes and your computer will restart with the correct changes. Your computer's network settings should now be compatible with ResNet's network.
