Release/Renew

Power outages or a period of inactivity can cause a computer to display the ResNet registration screen even though the computer is already registered. The instructions below should allow you to successfully restore Internet access.

If you continue to have problems after following these instructions, try shutting down the computer, plugging your network cable into the other orange data jack, and then turn your computer back on. If you are still having difficulties after this, please call the ResNet helpdesk at 273-RSNT (273-7768).
