Passphrase Synchronization

If you are able to log into MyUNIverse, but cannot register your device to the network, you may have a passphrase synchronization issue. To resolve this issue:

  • Log into your MyUNIverse account, and in the right-hand corner,  there will be a box called "Passphrase Central"
  • Click the link "CatID Passphrase Synchronization
  • In the new page, enter your current passphrase and click "Synchronization Passphrase"

You should now be able to register your device. If you need a computer to access myUNIverse, please visit one of the following locations:

  • Computer Consulting Center ITTC, room 36
  • Rod Library kiosk computers
  • DOR Office in Redeker Center
