Clear Your Browser's Cache
If your computer is registered (view your registrations here) and you see the ResNet registration page when opening your web browser, you may need to clear the browser cache. To do so, read the following instructions that correspond to your web browser.
Press Ctrl (⌘ on Mac) + Shift + Delete
1. Go to the O menu.
2. In the Settings option, select Delete Private Data.
3. When the Delete Private Data window opens, click View Details and make sure Delete Entire Cache is checked.
4. Click Delete to complete.
After following these steps, it may be necessary to refresh or restart your web browser.
