I offer two different versions of this general education class.  "Family Life" focuses on responsibilities of family members to each other and on how each world religion describes traditional and nontraditional family life.    "What is Religion?" gives special attention to how humans create order and meaning through appeal to rituals, sacred space and time, and personal transformation.   Both versions are interactive, with an emphasis on class discussion.
