Schedule of Classes to Change

You will see many changes when Fall 2011 Schedule of Classes is released!

Expanded Search Capabilities

Search capabilities on the Schedule of Classes will be expanded, so that you can search not only by subject, course number, and course meeting time, but also by meeting day of the week, instructor, course title keywords, instruction mode, and course attribute (e.g., LAC category, honors, writing enhanced, etc.) just to name a few!

Academic Course Numbers to Change

As mentioned in a previous story, you will see many changes when the Fall 2011 Schedule of Classes is released. One of those changes will be new academic course numbers. For example, we have come to know 400 courses as Psychology courses, 120 courses as Accounting courses, and 210 courses as Elementary, Early Childhood, and Middle Level Education courses.

Graduation and Commencement

Commencement RSVP WebForm

In an effort to become an office with "greener" practices, and to best serve our students, we now offer a variety of services electronically. A new addition to our website is the Commencement RSVP, which is up and running for the Fall 2010 Commencement ceremony. This form must be filled out and submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2010.

Commencement Will Look a Bit Different This Year

Graduation is always such an exciting time! This year we will be implementing a few changes that we believe will make the day even more personal and memorable for you and your family and friends. Commencement will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the McLeod Center. Following the ceremony, there will be a reception held on the Dome floor to recognize and congratulate the graduates and their family and friends.
