Second Baccalaureate Degree: Requires submission of official transcripts from all colleges and universities previously attended. With this category you will be classified as a senior. A Declaration of Curriculum Form must also be completed and submitted in addition to this Application.

Teacher Licensure: For acquiring original licensure or adding new endorsements through UNI recommendation - NOT for renewals or Board of Educational Examiners minimum requirements. Requires admission to teacher education and submission of official transcripts from all colleges and universities previously attended. This program requires the completion of a minimum of 12 semester hours at UNI before recommendation to the Board of Educational Examiners will be made. With this category, you will be classified as a senior for registration purposes.

Non-Degree Undergraduate with Baccalaureate Degree: Including license renewal and Board of Educational Examiners minimum requirements. With this category, you will be considered an unclassified student. This program requires verification of previous baccalaureate degree or submission of official transcript(s) from degree granting institution(s).

I accept the fact that once enrolled as an undergraduate through this option, I may at any time seek admission to graduate study; but once that is granted, I may not again revert to undergraduate student status until after the graduate program is completed. As a student with a recognized baccalaureate degree, I understand that the credit earned while enrolled as an undergraduate will not be authorized as graduate credit regardless of the level of the courses completed. I understand that all credit earned will be undergraduate credit, and, therefore, may never be used on a graduate degree program. I realize that failure to follow the program of study prepared for me may cause the Office of the Registrar to review, and possibly alter, my classification and registration status. Information requested on this Application for Admission (Previous UNI Student) is required for the purpose of determining classification. Failure to provide this information will make the processing of this Application impossible. This information is not routinely provided outside the University, except for directory information.
