Please note, this form is NOT for students who are trying to make changes to their schedule. Please click here to navigate to the Schedule Change Requests main page.
Record Analyst Availability
Record Analysts are available to meet with students from 1:15-4:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. To ensure that everyone gets all of the assistance they need, no appointments will be taken. Instead, meetings are on a first-come, first-serve basis, so you may have to wait for a little while before speaking with your Record Analyst. If you are unable to meet during this block of time, please feel free to e-mail or call your Record Analyst with your questions, comments, or concerns. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience!
