590:180g        Music History Survey for Graduates - 2 hrs.

 

Prerequisite:  junior standing.  Required of all graduate students who do not demonstrate adequate proficiency as a result of the Graduate Music History Diagnostic Examination.  May be repeated for credit.  Does not count toward minimum degree requirements.  This course will be broadcast on the ICN and meets Mondays and Thursdays, May 12-June 5, from 6:00-9:00 p.m., plus arranged time, in CEE 13 with Professor Hutchison.  All students must register through Continuing Education Credit Programs, 1-800-648-3864 or 319-273-5970.

 

 

 

June 4-Week Session (June 9 - July 3)

 

 

 

590:115g        Music History-20th Century - 3 hrs.

 

Prerequisites:  590:010; 590:011; junior standing.

 

This course will be broadcast on the ICN and meets daily, June 9-July 2, from 1:00-3:25 p.m. in CEE 13 with Professor Hutchison.  All students must register through Continuing Education Credit Programs, 1-800-648-3864 or 319-273-5970.

Should be taken during first semester in residence by all graduate music students.
