Adult Swim Lessons
Small personalized class for persons of all abilities who want to learn basic swimming skills or who wish to perfect their strokes. This class also offers a good environment for students preparing their swimming skills for a lifeguarding or water safety instructor course.

Intuitive Eating Six Week Workshop
Intuitive Eating is an approach that teaches you how to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind, and body. You learn how to distinguish between physical and emotional feelings, and gain a sense of body wisdom as you reject the diet mentality. Intuitive Eating is rooted in 10 basic principles that invite you to a world of pleasurable yet healthy eating and a sense of freedom that can be exhilarating!

Fit Club UNI
Become an instant member of the Fit Club and receive a free sweat towel. Take fitness classes and earn points to be a Gold, Silver or Bronze level member.
