Directions

The UNI Regional Business Center is located at 212 E. 4th St., in downtown Waterloo, IA. We are a block and a half east of the Cedar River, in a newly renovated building directly across from the Waterloo Chamber of Commerce. Metered parking is available on the street.

From the North on US Highway 218:
Take US Hwy 218 S into Waterloo. Exit at Washington St., and turn left at the second stop light onto 4th St. The UNI RBC is located at 212 E. 4th Street, on the east side of the Cedar River. We are on the right side of the street, in the middle of the block.

From the East on Highway 20:
Take US Hwy 20 W to US Hwy 218 N exit in Waterloo. Take Hwy 218 N toward downtown Waterloo. Take the Washington St. exit, the first downtown exit, drive 3 blocks to 4th St, and turn right. The UNI RBC is located at 212 E. 4th Street, on the right side of the street, in the middle of the block.

From the East on Interstate 380:
Take I 380 N to US Hwy 20 W. Take US Hwy 20 W to US Hwy 218 N exit in Waterloo. Take Hwy 218 N toward downtown Waterloo. Take the Washington St. exit, the first downtown exit, drive 3 blocks to 4th St, and turn right. The UNI RBC is located at 212 E. 4th Street, on the east side of the Cedar River. We are on the right side of the street, in the middle of the block.

From the South on US Highway 63:
Take US Hwy 63 N into Waterloo. At University Ave. turn right. Stay in the right lane - this will exit onto Washington St. At 4th St., turn left. The UNI RBC is located at 212 E. 4th Street, on the east side of the Cedar River. We are on the right side of the street, in the middle of the block.

From the West on US Highway 20:
Take US Hwy 20 E through Waterloo to US Hwy 218 N, the last Waterloo exit. Take Hwy 218 N toward downtown Waterloo. Take the Washington St. exit, the first downtown exit, drive 3 blocks to 4th St, and turn right. The UNI RBC is located at 212 E. 4th Street, on the right side of the street, in the middle of the block.
