COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY IN TODAY'S CORPORATE CULTURE.
Session addresses skills needed by managers and employees in the 21st Century.


THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING SMART, BEING EDUCATED AND BEING WISE.
A keynote speech appropriate for graduations and honor society inductions. Approximately 10 minutes in length, can expand if necessary.

Motivational presentation for educators to achieve success in the classroom and in professional development.

EVERYDAY PRESENTATION SKILLS FOR EVERYDAY LIFE.
This workshop is a must for anyone who spends any amount of time talking to others. Whether you are disseminating information or selling a product, delivering a formal presentation or having an informal conversation, "Everyday Presentation Skills" will teach you how to say what you think and get what you want.

FLYING IN V-FORMATION: USING VISION TO LEAD YOUR FLOCK.
Understanding what a vision is and why it is bound to the leadership process. Participants will learn how to develop a vision and how to use it to inspire staff members to reach new heights.

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF MEETINGS.
A practical, hands-on workshop designed to help participants think strategically about the purpose and goals of meetings. Participants will learn when and how to schedule meetings, how to develop an agenda that ensures all items are covered appropriately, and how to get the most interaction from meeting members.

INSPIRATION AND MOTIVATION.
Upbeat presentation to inspire and motivate individuals in a number of areas. Speaker can address many topics.

LIVING OUT LOUD.

MENTORING TODAY'S YOUTH.
Presentation can be adapted to a number of topical areas addressing youth, underprivileged youth, working with and developing leadership and esteem in youth. Discussion can lead to appreciation of opportunities and privileges many of us take for granted.

NONVERBAL COMMUNICATION IN PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS.
This program will discuss the manner in which nonverbal communication can enhance or contradict our spoken language. Participants will investigate the functions that nonverbal communication serves in professional and personal relationships. Tips for understanding specific nonverbal behaviors will be discussed.

PARTNERING UP FOR POWER: HOW TO ENCOURAGE AND DEVELOP EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT.
Understanding what empowerment is, and dispelling the myths of what empowerment is not. Participants will also learn how to create workplace environments that are conducive to partnership and empowerment.

POSITIVISM.
How to be optimistic and think positively to achieve happiness and peace in daily living.

POWER OF CHOICE.
The power of choice is a strong force in people's lives; one that is often unused. Through humor, personal examples, inspiration and audience involvement, the power of choice is explored and the effects on attitudes and behavior are discussed.

WOMEN, WORK, & WEIGHTLOSS.
Motivational speech on how to lose and maintain weight for a healthy and happy lifestyle.

WORKING FROM AND AGAINST PRIVILEGE.
How to motivate people to become more involved in social justice issues, not always affecting them. Information includes developing consiousness and raising activism on social justice issues as a positive aspect on one's identity.
