National Student Exchange program to expand UNI students' educational horizons, Nov. 14

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa —The National Student Exchange (NSE) program at the University of Northern Iowa will hold an informational meeting at 4 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14, in the Maucker Union Embassy Room.

The NSE program allows students to attend one of 163 colleges and universities in the United States and its territories for one or two semesters while paying UNI tuition. Students must have a UNI and cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.75 and be a sophomore or junior during their exchange.

“Many students want to broaden their horizons,” said Nancy Bramhall, UNI National Student Exchange coordinator. “The experience enhances a student's outlook. They come back changed.”

Informational meetings also will be held at 4 p.m., Monday, Dec. 4 and at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 17, both in the Maucker Union Embassy Room.

Fall National Student Exchange participants announced at the University of Northern Iowa

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa —The National Student Exchange (NSE) program at the University of Northern Iowa has announced this fall's participants.

(Name) , a UNI student from (Hometown) and the (son/daughter) of (Parents' Names) , is participating in the National Student Exchange program this fall. (He/She) is attending (Institution) .
