Bachelor of Arts Degree ProgramsMathematics MajorThe Mathematics major requires a minimum of 120 total hours to graduate. This total includes Liberal Arts Core requirements and the following specified major requirements, plus electives to complete the minimum of 120 hours. Liberal Arts Core courses included in major program requirements are distinguished by italics.
*800:176 requires 810:034, 810:035, or 810:036 as a prerequisite.
Mathematics Major--Applied The Mathematics--Applied major requires a minimum of 120 total hours to graduate. This total includes Liberal Arts Core requirements and the following specified major requirements, plus electives to complete the minimum of 120 hours. Liberal Arts Core courses included in major program requirements are distinguished by italics.
Note: The Liberal Arts Core requirement 1C is to be met by either 800:072 or 800:092; a student who does not satisfy 1C by 800:072 is required to select 800:174 in the elective category.
