April 3, Noon-5 p.m. Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center Free, fun and family-friendly! Our festival kicks off a full month of exciting events at the University of Northern Iowa. Performances range from a rousing tuba ensemble to action-packed stage combat scenes, with art, dance and music workshops for kids throughout the afternoon.
