The University of Northern Iowa's Professional & Scientific Council studies, formulates and recommends to the University's administration policies of interest to the P&S employee.

The members of the council are elected to serve and attend council meetings. Each Council member shall choose and designate a proxy to attend Council meetings if the member cannot attend. Proxies are listed in each members' profile. View duties as a proxy
