In order to ensure the long-term viability of the UNI Museum’s artifacts, the university is exploring a more suitable location for its collection.
The UNI collection is in danger of extensive damage if it stays in its current building, which was not designed as a museum and needs major repairs and renovation too expensive to undertake. The artifacts also require a building with appropriate controls to monitor and maintain environmental conditions.
