GENERAL TIMETABLE FOR CURRICULUM REVIEW

Curricular change becomes effective May 1 of even-numbered years (2012).  The table below illustrates the time available to each of the groups involved in the review of curriculum.

June 1, 2009 Exec. VP & Provost's Office Prepare and disseminates abstracts of proposals
September- November 2009 UCC & GCCC Reviews all college-approved & forwards them to Faculty Senate
Spring 2010 Board of Regents Acts on University-approved proposals
Summer 2010 Regent's Office Pushes catalog
