5.22 Professional and Scientific Policies and Procedures

Policies and procedures contained within the document cover position appointment
procedures, the various types of university service appointments, information
on the performance appraisal program scheduled for implementation by the
university, classification-compensation plan provisions, reduction-in-force proceedings,
fringe benefit program offerings and certain other miscellaneous policies.
Procedures for the implementation of policies proposed are noted with the
document, as are those positions classified as exempt.
