4.04 Disclosure of Applicant Information
The University of Northern Iowa believes that otherwise qualified applicants
will be discouraged from making application for positions at UNI if their
applications are available for general public examination. Therefore, to
encourage applications from those who might fear repercussions if their
interests became publicly known, the university will offer confidentiality
to applicants for positions covered by Section 4.05 of the Board of Regents, State of Iowa Policy Manual.
