4.01 Administrative Appointments
Secretaries and treasurers of the institutions shall be nominated by the
executive heads of the institutions.
Names of secretaries and treasurers shall be submitted annually to the Board
for appointment.
Vice-presidents, deans, directors (academic and administrative), and department
heads (academic and administrative) shall be nominated by the executive
heads of the institutions.
Names of candidates nominated for these positions shall be submitted
to the Board for appointment. (December 12-13, 1957)

Appointments or promotions to positions of tenure and those not covered
in 4.04 shall be made by the institutional executives.
All personnel appointments and promotions made under the authority of
this section shall be reported to the Board in the monthly Register of
Personnel Changes.
