University Council
The University Council is a one-hour meeting, four times a year, of key university administrative officers. President Allen will discuss issues of importance to the university community, often with the assistance of other university administrators.
Membership
The University Council includes the President, Provost, Vice Presidents, Vice Provosts, Associate/Assistant Provosts, Associate/Assistant Vice Presidents, Deans, Associate/Assistant Deans, Directors, Department Chairs and other key personnel.
Meeting topics
Various aspects of the university will be discussed at the meetings, including persistence and graduation rates, enrollment, general fund budget, gift activity, sponsored funding and new student applications and admissions. Each meeting will generally feature a different division or area of the university.
