1.23 BOR Regular Meetings

A. The Board shall meet four times a year (Code 262.8)

B. Meetings shall be held on the third Wednesday and Thursday of each month unless otherwise designated by the Board.

C. Meetings shall be held at either a member institution or the Board Office, the place to be agreed upon at least one month in advance. (Board of Regents Minutes September 13-14, 1951, p.11)
